    Think about this for a second; When you go on a job interview is the interviewer excited? Do they try to show you all the reasons that the job is great and you should take it? Do they sell you on the concept that their business is exciting, ground floor and will work?

    No! As a matter of fact they are somewhat standoffish. They’re somewhat cool. They ask and make you jump through ALL kinds of hoops before they will even talk to you and even then what’s the tone?

    They act as if THEY are doing you a favor! That you are lucky that you are even being considered!
